We have thoroughly enjoyed our meals with you, and all of the staff have been very professional. Service has been exceptional and the food has been beautifully cooked especially the fish, which is one of my hang-ups as it is usually badly cooked whenever we order it, but not at your restaurant....Fantastic.

Because we have limited space on our roof top terrace,  we recommend you to reserve in advance.

Baharat Restaurant and Bar is located in the old town part of Kalkan, just a few steps along the main street heading down towards the various shops and the harbour (Hasan Altan Caddesi).  We are at the top of the street so there are no hard climbs back up the hill on your journey home.

At baharat, we wish to offer our personal rendition of turkish gourmet cuisine with an innovative gastronomic  take on traditional cooking methods, fine turkish produce and the legacy of our shared food heritage. We also do  a few variations of world cuisine ensuring that we can cater for most tastes.
